One-Month-OutCoordination Service

		Create detailed Sequence of Events for Ceremony and Reception and distribute to all vendors
		and wedding party (usually two weeks before the wedding)
		Final details with Location Service Representative
		Attend rehearsal, wedding, and reception to ensure all plans come together smoothly and have
		a relaxed event/wedding day.
		Follow-up communication with Members of Event/Wedding party

		Design Processional and Recessional
		Complete wedding party information

		Obtain Seating Charts and Layout of locations
		Follow-up communication with all Vendors
		Contact guests who haven't responded

REHEARSAL

Event/Wedding Rehearsal with Event/Wedding party

		Organize bridal party
		Rehearse ceremony from beginning to end
		Discuss meeting times for entire event/wedding party
		Collect ceremony and reception items
		Meet with bride and groom for any last minute details

EVENT/WEDDING DAY

Event/Wedding Day Coordination by The Bridal/Event Consultant with her assistant

Ceremony overseeing and checking

		Assisting bride and groom
		Ceremony site set-up
		Flower placement and distribution
		Photographer
		Videographer
		Music and musicians
		Guest and/or memory book
		Ushers and seating plan
		Distribute ring pillow/flower girl basket
		Organize processional line-up
		Coordinate transfer of flowers, gifts, and guest book

Reception overseeing and checking

		Reception Site
		Insure proper seating and positioning of tables, linens, centerpieces, decor, cake table,
		general atmosphere
		Party favors
		Grand entrance, toasts, and first dance
		Coordinate special dances: father/daughter, mother/son
		Cake cutting
		Traditional activities
		Oversee gift transfer
